A trusted local Senior Placement advisor guiding Southern California families to the right senior living community — at no cost to you.
Senior Legacy Placement is a local senior placement advisor guiding families through one of life's most important decisions — at no cost to you. We listen, we tour alongside you, and we match your loved one with a community that truly fits.
From the first phone call to move-in day, we walk with your family through the entire placement process — so you never have to navigate it alone.
We start by learning about your loved one’s care needs, preferences, budget, location, and timeline so we know what options to explore.
We cut through the noise of online directories and present a short list of vetted communities that actually fit your situation — saving you weeks of searching.
We schedule and accompany you on community tours, ask the questions families often don't think to ask, and help you see past the sales pitch.
Independent living, assisted living, memory care, or care home? We help you understand the differences and identify the right level of care for today and tomorrow.
We help families understand private-pay options, long-term care insurance, VA Aid & Attendance benefits, and other resources that can make quality care more affordable.
Our support doesn't end at signing. We help coordinate the move, check in after placement, and remain a resource for your family through the transition.
Senior Legacy Placement helps Southern California families make confident, informed decisions about senior living. We take a hands-on approach by researching communities, learning about their care options, costs, amenities, and availability, and personally touring communities whenever possible so we can help families compare their options more effectively.
We believe families deserve an advocate, not a sales pitch. Our service is free to you because communities pay us only when we successfully place a resident — which means our only job is finding the right fit, not any fit.

"She finally feels at home."
"We toured several places on our own and felt completely overwhelmed. Working with a senior placement advisor helped us narrow the choices to communities that better matched Mom’s needs. She chose the one that felt right, and we felt much more confident in the decision." - Bob L.

"An advocate when we needed one most."
“After Dad’s stroke, we had days, not weeks, to find the right memory care. Having someone guide us through the options, help us ask the right questions, and stay available when concerns came up made an overwhelming situation much more manageable.” - Rita G.

"Honest, kind, and knowledgeable."
"What struck me was how honest they were. They even steered us away from a community that was out of our budget instead of pushing us into it. That's when I knew we were in good hands." - Janelle Z.

"We finally knew where to begin.."
""There were so many options that we didn’t know where to begin. Having someone explain the differences, narrow down the choices, and guide us through the tours made the entire process feel manageable. We felt much more confident in the decision we made for Dad." - Cynthia W.

Choosing senior care is a big decision, and most families have never done it before. Here are answers to the questions we hear most often.
There is no placement fee to families for our senior living placement services. Participating communities may pay Senior Legacy Placement a referral fee if a resident successfully moves in. We’ll always explain how our service works and answer any questions you have about compensation.
Online directories can provide a long list of communities. We provide personal guidance. We take time to understand your loved one’s care needs, preferences, budget, location, and timeline, then help narrow the options that make the most sense. We can also help coordinate tours, compare communities, and ask important questions throughout the process.
We can usually begin helping right away. Timing depends on your loved one’s needs, budget, community availability, and how quickly a move may be needed. If your situation is urgent, such as a hospital or rehabilitation discharge, let us know so we can focus on options that may be able to accommodate a faster transition.
That’s very common. During our assessment, we’ll talk through daily activities, mobility, personal care needs, memory or cognitive concerns, preferences, and other factors that may help determine which type of setting to explore. We can explain the differences between independent living, assisted living, memory care, and residential care homes. Final care-level and acceptance decisions are made by the community’s appropriate care or clinical team after their assessment.
Schedule a free, no-obligation consultation. We'll listen, answer your questions, and help you see a clear path forward.
