By using the Senior Legacy Placement website or requesting our services, you agree to the following terms.
Senior Legacy Placement provides information, guidance, community research, tour coordination, placement assistance, and related senior living transition support.
Our role is to help seniors and families understand available options and make informed decisions.
Senior Legacy Placement generally does not charge seniors or their families a fee for senior living placement services.
When a client chooses and moves into a participating senior living community, Senior Legacy Placement may receive a referral fee from that community.
Senior living community availability, pricing, services, admission requirements, staffing, care capabilities, and policies may change.
Senior Legacy Placement cannot guarantee:
Acceptance by a particular community
Availability of a particular room or care level
Pricing or future pricing
Continued availability of services
A particular medical, financial, or personal outcome
Families should independently review community agreements, costs, licensing information, care plans, and other relevant documents before making a final decision.
Senior Legacy Placement is not a medical provider and does not diagnose medical conditions, determine medical treatment, prescribe care, or provide skilled nursing services.
Clinical evaluations and determinations regarding appropriate care must be made by qualified healthcare professionals and the receiving community when applicable.
Information provided by Senior Legacy Placement is for general informational and placement-assistance purposes and is not legal, tax, investment, insurance, or financial advice.
When specialized advice is needed, we may help connect families with qualified professionals such as attorneys, financial professionals, care providers, movers, real estate professionals, or other senior-focused resources.
Those professionals operate independently from Senior Legacy Placement unless specifically stated otherwise.
Senior living communities and other service providers are independent businesses.
Senior Legacy Placement does not control their staffing, care, services, pricing, operations, licensing, contracts, or performance and is not responsible for acts or omissions of third parties.
Families are encouraged to conduct their own review and due diligence before entering into agreements with any community or service provider.
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and useful information, but website content may not always reflect the most current availability, pricing, regulatory requirements, or community information.
Website content may be changed at any time.
If you voluntarily consent to receive text messages from Senior Legacy Placement, messages may include inquiry follow-up, consultation information, appointment reminders, service-related communications, or marketing communications consistent with the consent you selected.
